If your measurements are in between in two sizes, pick the bigger.

To choose the right size for you, measure as follows:

1. Chest – Measure around the fullest part of the chest.
2. Waist – Measure around your natural waist (about 5 cm. above the belly button).
3. Circumference – Measure 20 cm. down from the natural waistline.
