Return in case of error mission

In case of any error in the order by the fault of the company (such as sending the wrong product, sending wrong quantity of goods, incorrect invoicing, shipment of a defective product), the company undertakes the replacement order or a full refund, upon agreement with the customer.

Receipt of a defective product in the first place

In case of any defect upon receipt, e.x. the product appears to be tampered or broken in shipping package with obvious signs of fatigue of the shipment, the company must be advised within 24 hours from the date and time of receipt of the order by the customer, in order to move on to replacement of the product at the expense of the company.

Beyond this time period, the replacement for the above reasons, faultiness not be accepted.

Right of withdrawal from the market

If for any reason you have changed your mind and want to return a non-defective product, you have the right to do so within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by notifying us your request by phone to the 2310533491 or via email at info@merisou.gr
In the case of withdrawal shipping costs of return are borne by the customer.

A necessary condition to be accepted for the request for withdrawal is the returned product is unused, in its original condition and packaging, or a movie security has not been compromised.

The returned order must accompany necessarily the form of withdrawal completed, together with a copy of proof of purchase. The return should be made with the company ACS Courier.

The company has the right to refuse or not to accept back the products and does not proceed to a refund in the case that you are not fulfilled some of the above conditions and if the request for withdrawal is submitted after the end of the 14 days of receipt of the order. In the event of receipt of a return that does not meet the above conditions, the products will be returned to the customer with a charge of his own (fee recipient).

a. Return with Withdrawal

b. Return due to a problem (by fault of the company)

  • Step 1. Contact us to inform us of your problem and help you in any questions about the process should be followed.

Refund

The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the return and in a manner proportional to the original payment method.

In case of payment bank transfer, the refund is on account of deposit of the beneficiary of the order.

In case of payment by Card , the refund is done with a reversal of the transaction. In this case, the amount of the refund will appear as a credit on the Card used during payment.

CAUTION: Each product you wish to return must be in excellent condition, in original packaging, must contain the tags of the proof of purchase as well as the order of the.

*In case of additional changes and refunds, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

*Shipping costs are included in the cashback while the costs of delivery (which is a payment method) will not be returned. The refund or send a new order will be made only after receiving the product back and if this is confirmed it is in its original condition.
